Account Creation Requirements

When creating an account at kxa8, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

• All information must be truthful and accurate.
• Mobile number and email must be verifiable.
• The user is solely responsible for the security of their account.
• Passwords must not be shared with anyone.

Identity Verification

kxa8 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary account suspension. This process is carried out for the security of the platform and the protection of its users.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact kxa8 support immediately. kxa8 will not be responsible for any loss arising from sharing account details with a third party.

Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to participate on the kxa8 platform. Age verification may be required at the time of registration or afterwards. If it is established that a user is below the required age, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be voided.

Geographic Eligibility

The kxa8 platform is primarily operated for users in Bangladesh. The platform may not be used from any region where online gaming is legally prohibited. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the local laws of their own area.

Withdrawal Terms

Before processing a withdrawal request, kxa8 will confirm that all bonus wagering requirements have been met. Large withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed. kxa8 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal for investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Welcome Bonus

New users at kxa8 are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to every bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after placing ৳10,000 in bets.

General Bonus Rules

The following rules apply when using bonuses:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Requesting a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.

kxa8's VIP program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's activity on the platform. kxa8 retains full rights to determine the method of VIP assessment.

Fair Play Policy

Policy on Technical Issues

Transaction-Related Prohibitions

Using a third party's account or payment method to deposit or withdraw money is strictly prohibited. All transactions must be conducted from a payment account registered in the user's own name.

Account Closure by kxa8

kxa8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Use of a false identity.
• Below the required age limit.
• Extended period of inactivity.

Account Closure by the User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Please contact support to do so. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided; however, any bonuses for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.
